On April 16, 2016, Mathew got down on one knee and proposed to me in front of our close friends and family. I was stunned and in shock, because the proposal was unexpected (as it should be), however those who know me, know that I like to know what is going on at all times. Mathew proposed with a beautiful cushion cut diamond engagement ring with a rose gold halo. I will never forget the day that I said "Yes!" or as others remember as "Yeah."
